Have a trading rule you want to examine?

Tell us what you have written so far and which part of the setup you want to discuss.

Laptop with a trading configuration enquiry form on an office desk

A useful first message

Please outline the strategy's entry and exit conditions, your intended broker and whether you need testing, controls or a connection review. A few sentences are enough for an initial discussion; we can ask for clarification later. Do not include account passwords, payment details or sensitive financial information in the form. We use your message to understand the technical question, not to make a trading decision or assess whether an investment suits you.

Questions we can help you frame

Choose the issue that best describes why you are getting in touch.

  • Can these written rules be configured?
  • Which assumptions belong in the backtest?
  • What should pause new orders?
  • Does the broker support the required connection?
  • Who will check the dashboard and alerts?

What happens after you send the form?

Your form submission takes you to a confirmation page. We then read the outline and respond during office hours with either a request for clarification or a suggested time to discuss technical fit. An enquiry does not start paid work or connect a trading account. If there is a suitable project, we set out deliverables and the final price in writing for your approval before work begins.

Keep the initial discussion practical

Share a rule outline

Describe what should trigger an order and what should stop new orders. You can provide fuller documentation after an initial discussion.

Name your broker

A broker name helps us identify questions about integration. It does not mean the connection has been checked or approved.

Keep credentials private

Do not send passwords or account access codes through the contact form. We do not need them to discuss technical scope.
